Live Event Guest Portraits
Provide your guests with both entertainment and a keepsake from your event!
How it Works:
Guests will approach my table to sign up and have their picture taken. At the end of the night their custom portrait will be available for pickup, labeled and in a protective sleeve.
Packages can be upgraded to include custom design elements such as event date, venue location, newlyweds name, etc., as well as adding deckled edges. If desired, clients may purchase additional portraits to be completed after the event.
Pricing
Upgrades:
Design Elements -
$50 minimum, $1 per portrait
ex: name, date, venue, etc.
Deckled Edges -
$50 minimum, $1 per portrait
Additional Portraits -
$50 minimum, $10 per guest

More info:
- Portraits are completed on 5"x7" cotton watercolor paper using pen, watercolor paints, and/or pastels
- Portraits are sealed in a plastic protective sleeve and labeled with guest name(s)
-Each guest will only be painted once
- A portrait of the newlyweds will be included at no charge
- Setup and takedown time are included at no charge
- If purchased, custom design elements will be shown to and approved by client before the event
- If purchased, additional guest portraits will be completed after the event and delivered to the client within 2 weeks
- If indicated minimum portraits is not met during the event, they will be completed after the event and delivered to the client within 2 weeks (at no charge)
- The upgrade for "deckled edges" refers to when the edges of the paper are strategically torn
- A signed contract and 20% deposit is required to reserve your date
