Live Event Guest Portraits
Provide your guests with both entertainment and a keepsake from your event!
How it Works:
Guests will approach my table to sign up and have their picture taken. At the end of the night their custom portrait and printed photo will be available for pickup in a protective sleeve.

Packages can be upgraded to include custom design elements such as event date, venue location, newlyweds name, etc., as well as adding deckled edges. If desired, clients may purchase additional portraits to be completed after the event.
Newlyweds will receive a 5"x7" watercolor painting after the event​
using a reference photo of their choice
Pricing
$1200 - up to 4 hours
$1800 - up to 8 hours
Upgrades:
Design Elements - $100
ex: name, date, venue, etc.

Additional Portraits -
$50 minimum, $10 per portrait
completed after the event,
delivered to the client

Paper Frames - $100

portraits, available in multiple

More info:
- Portraits are completed on 5"x7" cotton watercolor paper using pen, watercolor paints, and/or ink
- Portraits are sealed in a plastic protective sleeve and labeled with guest name(s)
- Guests will receive a 2"x3" film of their reference photo
-Each guest will only be painted once
- A portrait of the newlyweds will be included at no charge
- Setup and takedown time are included at no charge
- If purchased, custom design elements will be shown to and approved by client before the event
- If purchased, additional guest portraits will be completed after the event and delivered to the client within 2 weeks
- The upgrade for "deckled edges" refers to when the edges of the paper are strategically torn
- A signed contract and 20% deposit is required to reserve your date
- Artist can adjust completion speed (to accommodate more or less guests) by either painting in B&W vs Color, excluding/including facial features, and adjusting the amount of details included in the portrait
